Natural Calm Anti-Stress Drink Review and Giveaway!!!

The Mom Show's review of a    product!



 I had the opportunity to do a review and giveaway of a product from Natural Vitality! They gave me the opportunity to choose between

Kids Calm



and Natural Calm for adults. This is the one I chose, because my daughter is not old enough for the Kids Calm. They promptly sent me Rasberry-Lemon flavored, and Cherry flavored products to try.








 As far as flavors go, I very much preferred the Raspberry Lemon flavor. It tasted like a slightly carbonated lemonade that had less sugar than normal.


Now, at first, I didn't think that this was working, but after a couple of days, I realized that I was indeed calmer, had more patience and was sleeping better. In fact, I was telling my husband yesterday morning, that I really wasn't sure why I was sleeping so well. (He works overnight, so I tend to have a lot of trouble sleeping at night.) He pointed out that this was very possibly one of the positive effects of this product.

Now, I need to point out, that this isn't a sedative, and there are no "drugs" in it.  This is just magnesium. (for those of you who need or want a little extra calcium, they also offer a similar product that includes calcium as well.)

Basically, if you're lacking magnesium, your body can go through various things, such as trouble sleeping, low levels of energy, stress, tension in your muscles, irritability, anxiousness, headaches and more.  Luckily, when this product is taken as directed, it can help to restore your magnesium levels to where they should be, and help to alleviate some of these symptoms.

I know that since I have begun taking it daily as directed, that I am sleeping better, feeling much more rested and refreshed in the morning and have slightly more patience, and am just feeling less tense overall. 

I really don't have anything negative to say about this product.  For me, it has done everything that it said it would.
